If you receive a defective DVD or VHS we will
replace it with the same title at no additional shipping charge to you. If you
are unable to download the digital videos you purchase we will either provide
you with equal credit so you can re-download the same title/s or we will
consider a refund request if you have technical issues beyond repair or similar
situations where a refund would be an appropriate option.
Our Goal is your satisfaction, please let us
know if you have any problems or technical issues, we have a team standing by to
assist you.
If you are completely dissatisfied with the products or services we provide
to you, we will consider a refund request. Your request will be
carefully considered and reviewed. If our review team finds you were not
provided with the same high quality of products or services our satisfied
customers receive consistently, we will provide you will a full or partial
refund, depending on the products or services you purchased. We are fair and will help you with any issue that
may arise.
